MISS Hoolie from Balamory and her super-sized friend were at Glasgow Green to put young athletes through their paces.
Accompanied by the big blue mascot, actress Julie Wilson Nimmo took her team of recruits on a walk around the Green in preparation for the annual Big Barnardo's Toddle.
Now in its 12th year, the Toddle aims to raise funds to help some of the UK's most disadvantaged and vulnerable young people.
Last year around 400,000 toddlers took part and it's hoped this year's event will generate a record £2.1million.
Julie said: "The Big Barnardo's Toddle is simply the biggest and best fundraising event for under fives.
"What could be better than children raising funds to help other children and having fun at the same time? We hope nurseries and playgroups will sign up to take part in the organised Toddle on June 24."
